The Findacreditunion.com website ("Site") is a website designed and/or hosted by the California League Services Corporation, a subsidiary of the California Credit Union League ("Provider"), that houses and supports the computer program and/or database described as the "match up," "howtojoinacu," "howtojoinacredit union," or "findacreditunion" system created by Provider that allows potential credit union members to determine which credit unions they may be eligible to join by completion of an online questionnaire ("Program").

Permission
All content, information, graphics and software provided on and through the Site, including the Site itself and the Program ("Content"), are protected by U.S. copyright and international treaties. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Site.

Limited Use
As a user of this Site you are granted permission to access and use the Site and related Content in accordance with these Terms of Use. Provider may terminate your authorization to use this Site at any time for any reason.

You may access the Site for the sole purpose of searching for credit unions for whose field of membership you might qualify. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any information you submit into the Site.

You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Content. Nor may you use any network monitoring or discovery software to determine the site architecture, or extract information about usage or users. You may not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our Site or the Content without Provider's prior written permission. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, or transmit for commercial, non-profit or public purposes all or any portion of the Content, except to the extent expressly permitted by these Terms of Use. You may not use or otherwise export or re-export the Content in violation of the export control laws and regulations of the United States of America. Any unauthorized use of the Site or its Content is prohibited.

Restricted Use
You shall not Use the Program in any manner or for any purposes other than as specified in these Terms of Use. PROVIDER MAKES NO EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF DESIGN, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY PROPERTY RIGHTS, OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, TRADE USAGE OR TRADE PRACTICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL PROVIDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO REVENUES, PROFITS OR GOODWILL OR OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF PROVIDER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
